They are the networkers of a smart plant. Our autonomous assistance systems connect the individual processes of production and assembly. They either have swarm intelligence, or they serve as mobile, intelligent, and ergonomic workbench. What they all have in common: they all are cyber-physical systems that contain all relevant data.

Our assistance systems can be used for various tasks and support many working steps: from material logistics, workpiece transport, as mobile workbench, component delivery, loading and unloading of machines, to transport of components in and outside of the factory

Our logistics assistants serve for transportation of Euro containers and adjust to the working height, therefore they can also be used as assembly assistants. The vehicles independently create a map of their environment and can navigate freely. They are equipped with safety laser scanners and optical distance sensors for safety reasons. The optical data transmission is based on LEDs.

As the name already points out, the mobile assembly assistant moves to the individual work stations as a mobile workbench and adjusts its working height to the requirements. The tablet can be used to supply information, such as interactive instructions for the relevant assembly sequence.
