These general conditions apply solely and exclusively to the use of the website of SEW ESPAÑA by the USERS accessing it. The present general conditions are provided to the USER in the website www.sew-eurodrive.es in each and every page and also every time the USER introduces his/her personal data in the existing forms available, so that he/she reads, prints, archives and accepts then via internet. The USER may not actually enter his/her data without such acceptance having occurred.

The product configurator of Online Support of SEW-EURODRIVE must only be used by qualified users with some experience and knowledge about the SEW-EURODRIVE product. The user is responsible for ensuring that the input data provided are correct and complete. The program makes suggestions, but cannot make the decision on behalf of the User, who will ultimately be the sole responsible for the selection chosen. In case of doubt, the User should contact a Sales Engineer at the corresponding SEW-EURODRIVE sales office in order to verify the correct and appropriate selection of the drive required for the specific application. In no event shall SEW-EURODRIVE be liable for any personal, material or economic damage as a consequence of a unilateral selection by the User.
